MOST STARTING INVESTORS TRY RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE
Most people, when they start investing in real estate, start out investing in residential real estate... the problem is, the returns, after a few years of holding the rental, are not close to what they were expecting them to be when they first bought the property.
BUT I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO INVEST IN COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE?
You might not need as much as you thought. Also, have you thought of getting some of your family & friends together to buy a commercial property as a small syndicate? It's not that difficult. Or, you can even join an existing syndicate.
