Lance was a software analyst for about 20 years before becoming a realtor. He used to work for Sungard, a $10 billion dollar conglomerate with 100's of international locations. The job started in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey , England & then moved to Houston in 2001. With his programming expertise and computer knowledge he has become an an expert in online marketing, crucial for any realtor nowadays when dealing with real estate. He has also been a property investor for over 20 years.

Glynis studied at Anderson University in Indiana where she received a degree in Mass Communications. She can keep a crowd going with her numerous stories. She loves staging and viewing beautiful homes in The Woodlands. Perfect qualities for a realtor! She originates from Durban, South Africa, married Lance in Richmond, Surrey, England but, since her studying days in Indiana she has always loved this country.
